Foldable Smart Phone

 Slim and flexible mobile devices may sound futuristic; if a new report turns out to be true, the flexible concept mobile device by Samsung will be a reality by the end of 2015. Samsung is reportedly working on a foldable/flexible phone which they are planning to unveil by January 2016. The report was whistled by Sam mobile, a blog covering Samsung news which has a reputation when it comes to unannounced products.

The blog accounts the information to a reliable Chinese tipster, citing a post on Twitter like Chinese social network, Weibo as the source of the leak. Samsung is said to be testing the device in two versions of advanced chips; one that's powered by a Snapdragon 620 processor made by Qualcomm and another that runs on the chip maker's faster Snapdragon 820 processor.

The foldable mobile is also said to have micro SD card slot and 3GB RAM. The project is called ‘Project Valley internally. Samsung said at its Analyst Day in 2013 that the company is putting resources into flexible and foldable phones, according to The Wall Street Journal. Samsung has also showcased its flexible YOUM screens at various conferences in years past.
