New Corporate office of Geojit BNP Paribas

Mr. Oommen Chandy, Chief Min­ister of Kerala inaugurated the Corporate Office of Geojit BNP Paribas in the presence of Mr. K. V. Thomas, Union Minister for State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Mr. T. K. A. Nair â€\" Chairman of KSIDC and Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, Mr. K. M. Mani â€\" Kerala’s Min­ister for Finance and Law, Mr. K. Babu â€\" Kerala’s Minis­ter for Fisheries Ports and Excise, Mr. Tony Chammany News Mayor of Kochi and Mr. Hibi Eden - MLA of Ernaku­lam. The new building, located at Padivattom, Kochi, is built to match the exacting LEED standards and aims to be the first gold rated green building in Kochi City.

Mr. Jean Marin Schuh, Minister -Counsellor of the French Embassy, Mr. Pierre Fournier, Consul General, French Consulate, Puducherry, Mr. Eric Raynaud, Head of Asia Pacific Region of BNP Paribas, Mr. Alain Papiasse â€\" Head of Corporate and Investment Banking of BNP Paribas and Member of the Executive Board, Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala â€\" the renowned investor, Sheikh Sultan Bin Sooud Al Qassemi - Chairman of Barjeel Geojit Se­curities, Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Al Hosni - Chair­man of QBG Geojit Securities LLC, Oman, Mr. Olivier Le Grande â€\" Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Personal Investors, Paris, along with well wishers, clients, Geojit BNP Paribas’ top manage­ment and staff were also present at the inaugural function.

Mr. A. P. Kurian, Chairman of Geojit BNP Paribas said, “In the Silver Jubilee year of Geojit BNP Paribas, we are happy to move into our own Corporate office at Kochi, which is the first Building in Kochi built to the Green Building Standards.”

Geojit BNP Paribas building has 1,04,580 sq ft area and focuses on creating a healthy working environment. The building will consume 25.42% less energy than conventional buildings and has already met the stringent LEED pre-requisites for green building rating and aims to achieve the Gold rating.
